Details of the offer

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconciling bank statements and financial data.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conducting financial analysis and providing insights.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.
- Participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.

**Requirements**:

- Reporting to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) and paying taxes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Entering transactions into the accounting **system accurate** and timely.
- Managing the Health Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) and Employment Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) systems and payments.
- Calculating employee salaries using Excel or the provided system and entering the salary calculations into the given system.
- Compiling monthly and annual financial reports.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Pursuing or possessing a degree in accounting or related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting.
- Previous **experience in accounting** is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Rp1,000,000 - Rp2,000,000 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
