Principle Duties & Responsibilities
HR Operations & Payroll
- Manages annual review process, including salary and bonus administration, analysis, and reporting
- Conduct annual salary surveys and ensures submission is accurate, market and salary analysis
- Implements job evaluation system to support compensation and benefits strategies
- Manage and control staff cost budget recommend salary structure movement Implements compensation programs.
- Coordinates administration of benefits and related policies, Interprets regulation and laws regulating compensation practices and modifies company policy and practice to maintain compliance
- Collect payroll information, verify and submit the data to payroll vendor within the agreed
- Arrange payment instruction to bank on H-2, liaise with bank on salary transfer process
- Prepares payroll & benefit reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions,BPJS contribution, Liaise with BPJS office for payment and registration/de-registration of employee.
- Provide data as required for PSAK 24 calculation.
- Manage offboarding process and calculate the settlement.
HRIS & People Analytic
- Process and update all changes to HRIS i.e. new hires, transfers and other employee record maintenance ensuring integrity and consistency of the data and maximizing the effective usage of the system
- Proactively changing or designing new tools/processes/workflow for improving HRIS and HR service level
- Deliver timely, accurate and informative HR reports to various stakeholders related but not limited to headcount management, turnover, leaves of absences, training record and other ad hoc reports as needed
- Ensure the configuration of HRIS to enforce the security access to data according to the applicable regulation and compliance policy
- Provide solutions to questions or problems regarding HRIS and its interface with vendors when required to resolve issues
- Perform testing of user requested system enhancements and projects and keep the track of the timeline
- Perform regular audits of all information in the system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Create and provide instruction materials for HRIS and people analytic as needed
Job Specification:
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Information System, S1 Accounting, Information Technology, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer literate, especially with Ms. Exc or related discipline,
- Have proficiency in troubleshooting issues and effectively determining solution
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and project management skill
- Have proficiency in Excel, HRIS and Oracle would be a plus
**Experience**:
- Min. 5 years experience in handling payroll in company with more than 500 employees. and also experience in HR Operations, Rewards and HRIS
