**Job Description Summary**

Working closely in a small team of Capital Markets with the Head of Department delivering best in class disposal process of a single asset or a portfolio of asset.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Develop networking with multiple type of clients.
- Preparation of marketing collateral including teaser, information memorandum.
- Update market conditions, property prices and legal related matters.
- Assist in a transaction process.

**Key Skills and Capabilities**
- Good analytical and presentation skill.
- Good understanding of property market and business trends.
- Good understanding of property sales documentation and taxation.
- Knowledge of laws and government regulations related to property.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Ability to prepare cashflow projection and analysis.
- Ability to produce high quality marketing collateral and marketing report in English.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Good team player, also able to work independently
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Words

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Real Estate
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experiences in Valuation, Consultancy, Investment Sales, Capital Markets or Business Development
