Our services include employment background screening, whistleblowing systems, mystery shopping services, due diligence, process serving, research & market intelligence, asset tracing, skip tracing, claims investigations, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, trademark investigation, and market surveys.
You will be responsible for carrying out online and offline market surveys, test purchases, and trademark-related investigations by conducting desktop searches and inquiries as well as coordinating with field researchers and other specialists. The position requires good analytical skills, attention to detail, proficient written English skills as well as good coordination and communication abilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete the assignment from A to Z to meet the objectives of the case
- Define keywords and conduct comprehensive media and directory searches
- Prepare detailed Task Briefs
- Prepare budget if necessary and manage budget
- Allocation and coordination of fieldwork
- Analyze all data collected from the field and request further explanations
- Analyze all data collected from media searches and sources
- Write report according to requirements
- Draft a well-crafted executive summary with insightful analysis
- Report developments to the supervisor
- Participate in research and development projects for capacity building
**Requirements**:
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with any major
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working within deadlines
- Excellent English writing skills
