- Responsible to strengthen 1st Line of Defense (LOD) of the Bank by ensuring 1st LOD group (person, unit, and department) is aware with their role within the organization, risks they are facing and how those feed into the overall strategic objectives i.e. risk culture.
- To enable 1st LOD especially Business Line to conduct the business within the stipulated requirements in cooperation with Compliance Department & Financial Crime Department.
- To identify and address potential risks that are related to internal controls and compliance.
- Perform periodic monitoring and ongoing observation of relevant laws, regulations & rules and report results to Compliance Officer.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's in law, finance, economics, business administration or a related field
- Desirable to have at least 2 years of experience in relevant industry
- Good Command in English.
- Having a good communication, presentation skill and business writing.
- Having knowledge in Law and Regulation of Financial Industry, General Banking Operations and Products, Risk management, or equivalent
