Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, check and review credit agreements, other credit documents and collateral documents to comply with approved facility and in accordance with Standard Operating Manual and other prevailing regulations.
- Perform tasks in related with the role of Security Agent thru prompt response to any queries, liaise directly to borrower, agents, lawyers and prepare / arrange necessary action with notary to meet the lenders and borrower's expectation.
- Monitor and follow up on each of pending credit / collateral documents to borrower directly and/or in collaboration with respective Relationship Managers
- Work in partnership with Agents, Lawyers and Notary in reviewing and completing credit related documents in connection with syndication - deals / club - deals as well as complex bilateral deals.
- Complete administration activities, including but not limited to filing/maintaining storage of documentation
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field in banking industry
- Attention to details
- Good communication skill
- Having strong understanding/ knowledge of legal banking documentation.
