Analytics & Insights Associate

Optimize marketplace platform for better user experience, preserve the quality of users, and identify fraudulent patterns or behavior within the platform.
- Analyse quantitative data, investigate patterns, generate regular/on-demand analytical reports, develop and implement data visualization or dashboards.
- Conduct research with respect to market dynamics.
- Participate in and support ad-hoc projects requiring additional analysis and data-heavy reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or in a relevant field with a strong academic track record.
- Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities - critical and logical thinking.
- Knowledge of SQL is a must and experience with Python/R is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in data-heavy environment.
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
