Antifraud Analytics Manager

**In this position, you will responsible to**:
Manage Antifraud Analyst team to deliver tasks in timely manner.
Optimization of existing procedures / tools / triggers.
Develop new triggers/alerts/methods for fraud prevention & detection in accordance with business advancement.
Give insights based on data on what to do to support business while maintaining risk.
Participate in company initiatives/projects.
Handle projects related to data from Antifraud with other departments.
**We looking for talent with below requirements**:
A Bachelor's degree.
Preferable with Risk and/or Antifraud experience.
At least 5 years' experience doing data analytic, preferably related to fraud & risk.
Antifraud processes savvy to support business with relevant data needed.
Strong leadership in managing team with a good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and logical thingking not only in data and numbers but also process improvement process.
Excellence communication in English both written and spoken.
