Main activities
Advising clients
- Analyze the manufacturing problem and the customer's objective
- Establish a simple manufacturing range.
- Send the file to Etudes & Offres for the preparation of a price offer.
- Organize and manage projects in contact with clients and in partnership with the study and project department.
- Rely on and communicate with product specialists in order to confirm the technical choice.
- Need to investigate and report information to Account Managers, Regional Director and Studies & Offers in case of non-validation of the customer
- Implementation by the Application Technician of the customer's recommended solution (in accordance with the cutting parameters, expected product life and quality generated)
- Carry out the tests and make the first optimizations.
- Verify that Client objectives are met.
- Present the profitability report to the customer and encourage purchases.
- Coordinate all technical actions carried out at the customer's site.
Provide technical assistance to the sales force
- Assist the account manager in the presentation of new products to customers
- Collaborate on the sales plan developed with the Account Manager on the targeted customers
- Analyze the customer's manufacturing problem and target target for the targeted customers
- Develop a diagnosis and recommend technical solutions to reduce costs and/or improve productivity and quality of manufacturing
- Inform and consult with the Chargé d'affaires at each stage of the technical process.
- Record all parameters and results of experiments in the customer management software.
- Transmit to the project manager all technical information received from the engineering department
- Update the customer management software (CRM) with the information discussed during customer visits and trials
- Monitor opportunities in the CRM and manage technical actions
Support Seco actions and products
- Assist the Account Managers in the presentation of new products to customers
- Optimize and maintain existing workstations and contribute to the sale of new tool lines
- Conduct a technological watch on the trends and needs of the different market segments as well as on the practices of the competition
- Feed information back to the engineering department
- Test products before commercialization (R&D) with a few "partner" customers
- Inform account managers of the results of new product tests
- Exchange all useful information with the engineering department (key tests, negative tests, plan of attack options, etc.)
- Promote services to clients
- Keep track of expenses (fees) and free tools account
Develop and manage identified accounts
- Drive and support business partners (Distributors) & resellers to grow sales and increase market share
- Assigned a set of focus/priority accounts with sales targets to achieve yearly
- Pursue sales leads from existing or new customers of strategic importance to the Organization
- To report all activities with quality data into Seco CRM system promptly
- To drive and grow the business with a "solution sales" approach to support our business partners and/or end user

Professional knowledge / specific authorizations
- Education background : Bachelor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of activity
- Fields of expertise : Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
- Languages : English native speaker or English A2 min + Foreign native language fluency
- IT competencies : Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint ), ERP and CRM
