Application Engineer

In order to support our Plant in Kavadarci, we are looking for **Application engineer** who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

**Tasks**:

- Optimisation and standardisation of existing procedures and equipment and development of new methods
- Planning, selecting and procuring equipment, taking into account plant standards and user-specific requirements
- Coordinate the configuration and creation the appropriate work instructions, under consideration of the design specification in order to optimize the processes
- Problem solving and recommending solutions for production issues and improvement of efficiency, effectiveness and quality control for all processes.
- Conduct training regarding the installed technologies
- Coordination and cooperation in install of technical equipment and start up (first run) of it
- Detect and eliminate weak points or create proposals for elimination of those defects, conduct maturity level

**Profile**:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Technical Engineering
- Analytical and communication skills
- Self-initiative and creativity
- Good command of MS Office Package
- Fluency in English language
