Application Specialist Staff

Trains and ensure that customers are properly and optimally able to operate the medical device and/or research laboratory products they have purchased.
- Re-trains clients when systems or technologies have been upgraded
- Provides on-going customer support and re-visits clients.
- Develops instructional programs.
- Minimum education Bachelor degree in Biology or Biotechnology.
- Max 30 years old
- At least 1 year of working experience in the same field, fresh graduate are welcome.
- Good speaking and presentation skill
- Proficient in English, both spoken & written
- Willing to traveling overseas unaccompanied
- Opportunity to attend training abroad
- Placement: Sidoarjo-Surabaya
