Role: Application Support Engineer Responsibilities: Coordinate with teams to resolve complex application and system issues Facilitate root cause analysis while providing timely updates to the stakeholders Assure quality support is provided by utilizing industry best practices, and follow the industry standards and ITIL guidelines for service management Complete the triaging of technical issues and requests within the agreed SLAs Provide operational guidance and training to level 1 support and other internal teams Provide technical assistance for issues and requests raised by the clients Possess a deep understanding of issue logging systems including JIRA and other helpdesk tools for managing service requests Be continuously updated on the new products launched and be actively involved in the knowledge documentation process Requirements: Bachelor/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent field 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a production support role Ability to work with business executives and technology personnel to prioritize tasks and projects according to operational priorities Self-driven and resourceful in yielding deliverables independently and in collaboration with others Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills when diagnosing technical issues and providing technical advice and guidance to clients Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service If this sounds like you and you have a passion for the digital space, then please submit your application to ********
