**Responsibilities**:- Diagnosis and Investigation any issue occurs- Communicate incident to stakeholders- Resolution and recovery any issue occurs

**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate student (3rd or 4th year) or fresh graduate with major in Computer Science / Informatics/ Information system- Good analytical skills- Familiar with Operating System Linux or Windows- Familiar with software testing (e.g postman)- Familiar with Database (e.g postqresql, SQL Server)- Creative and Innovative- Available to join for 6 months internship period- Willing to follow hybrid regulation - WFO (3x) & WFH (2x) in South Jakarta
