**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring user claims- Reporting productivity- Case management

**Requirements**:
- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major- Committed to do 6 months internship- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta- Computer literate: Microsoft Office (expert in Microsoft Excel is a must)- Action oriented and customer oriented
