The project is to provide additional service to improve customer experience in the walk-in center, with detail activities as follows:
1. Customer Verification to ensure that only the eligible customers can enter the CCC area.

2. Provide basic & accurate information to customers

4. Assist in the Administration in charge, e.g : update logbook Surrender and Alter documents, stock opname printing & stationary, create receipt document.

5. To ensure the room in CC Center always clean and tidy.

6. To give guidance to Customer requires to submit forms or document to document counter
