Job Descriptions:
Prepare and update SOP for Group Distribution Support for the process of:

- Prepare & process PRF, Reimbursement & Cash Advance
- Document pick-up and delivery coordination with internal & appointed vendor
- Coordinate & compile daily shipment report & group distribution support report to be distributed internal
- Filing & compile data internal
- Update Corporate Business database (data & related document)
- Prepare monthly report for Sales for Channels
- Prepare monthly campaign awards recap including preparation certification signature
- Support in administration process and event program in Corporate Business
- Process QP Journey for Group Sales Team
- Process & submit request related IT into IT Portal system
- Adhoc

Job Requirements:

- Committed to join for 6 months
- willing to WFO (3-5 days a week)
- likes to work in administration
- Last year student/fresh graduate from any major
- Computer Skills (Excel, word, outlook & internet
- Communication Skill
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented and inter-personal skill
- Willing to learn & work
- Available to join the internship for 6 months period
