**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for ensuring that the Settlement transaction has been processed correctly
- Ensure that the data is appropriate account before transferred
- Achieve target of productivity, number of error and SLA
- Resolve daily cases within the Settlement team unit
- Support, participate and responsible on any backlogs in team which be assigned to handle
- Consistent desire to voluntarily learn new procedures or acquire new skills needed to perform day to day job activities, this includes maintaining a positive attitude when asked to learn new procedures
- Develop a good working relationship in team member and interdepartmental
- Others administrative task assigned
- Work together in internal team.
- Ensures legal compliance by following company policies, procedures, guidelines
- Protects operations by keeping claims information confidential.
**Requirements**:
Qualification
- S1 (preferably major in mathematics, accounting or administration)
- Fast learner and good with numbers
- Good communication skills
- Has positive attitude towards job
Knowledge
- General Insurance Knowledge on daily work procedure
- Moderate Insurance Knowledge (Life Insurance Operation and Products)
- MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Visio
- English: Good written, listening and reading fair spoken
