We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.**Responsibilities**:- Support the Agency Update Preparation, Banner / Flyer, Training Material, Customer Communication Materials (include banner for the website)- Help to update and analyze the campaign report using SQL and excel tools- Help to Summarize and analyze the campaign data by weekly or monthly, and sending it as BAU request- Help to prepare all campaign related things (business requirement, UAT, User Story, etc)- Help other things related to Product Development Process (including documents preparation, UAT, Approval, and Product Report Monitoring)**Requirements**:- Final year or fresh graduate from reputable university (if not final year, must have less than 12 credits/semester)- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta area- Committed to do 6 months internship- Having knowledge in Ms. Office, SQL, Power BI (optional) and to make a design (using Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Canva)- Having analytical skills to understand data and reports (logical thinking)- Able to communicate (written and orally, both in English and Indonesia)- Strong administratively and detail and timeline oriented- Able to adapt and work in fast-paced and dynamic working style
