**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver prompt and accurate results of checking and verifying of Major Alteration and Revival transaction.- Achieve Turn-around Time of checking & verify documents of Major Alteration and Revival transaction.- Respond and follow up any inquiries concerning checking & verify documents of Major Alteration and Revival transaction.- Reduce valid complaint concerning process checking & verify documents of Major Alteration and Revival transaction.

**Requirements**:
- Final year or Fresh Graduates from any major- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta- Basic Insurance knowledge- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and has good inter-personal skills- Good communication skill, able to speak and write in Bahasa and English- Advance in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Any experience in Policy Holder Services in Life Insurance industry will be preferred- Committed to do 6 months internship
