We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.**Responsibilities**:- Support and review on vendor onboarding process in daily basis- Update and maintain database vendor in system regularly- Provide periodically report on each progress- Liaise with internal stakeholder (procurement, SMEs, business users) and 3rd parties to complete the process- Support other project / ad hoc task list to support VM team**Requirements**:- Fresh graduate/Final year student (there is no thesis to complete or campus activity to attend, except graduation)- Willing to do WFO (3x a week or as Company decision) on Prudential Tower, Setiabudi, South Jakarta- Committed to do 6 months internship period- Computer skill (Microsoft office: Excel, Power Point, Word)- English language (both spoken and written will be an advantage)- Has an ability to present for reporting of progress status and data analysis will be an advantage- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong attention to detail
