- Review the company debitor list
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills
- Advising customers on their payment option and suggesting methods of payments
- Negotiating suitable payment plans
- Preparing customers financial statements for banks and the state credit departments
- Instituing legal action when customer fail to pay their debt
- Responding to customers queires
- Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Collection Officer
- Bachelor Degree in Accountant or a related field.
- Exellent negotiating skills
- Willing to visit customer
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with state debt collecyion laws
- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures
- Placement : Jakarta Office
