**Job Descriptions**:- Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.- Coordinate with relevant parties with regard to design plan.- Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/project tender.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field, with previous experience in Consultant / Developer especially in High Rise Building.- Oversee architectural design/documentation team with detailed design resolution.- Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.- Computer Literacy (Expert to using Autocad, Ms Project and Ms. Office).- Able to work well in a team environment and communicate in English.- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
