Architect

We're looking for an experienced **Architect **to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage project progress based on implementation plans (weekly and monthly plans)
- Create a design concept
- Make a Pre-Plan
- Develop a plan
- Create working drawings
- Procurement process for construction implementation
- Monitor regularly

**Requirements**:

- Male maximum 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in **Architectural Engineering**:

- Minimum **5 years working experience **as **Architect**:

- Having previous experience in Property Development is more desirable
- Able to create, understand working drawings and RAB
- Mastering design software (AutoCAD or similar) at least 2D/3D
- Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
- Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
- Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
- Experience using **Microsoft Office **(Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
