Architect - Surabaya

**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare design plan and review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
- Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/project tender.
- Propose building and material specifications.
- Coordinate with parties related to the design plan.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Developer Company or Consultant in housing project.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office).
- Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
- Able to work well in a team environment and tight schedule.
- Understanding Architect Design & Technical Drawing.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
