Architectural Designer

DVNO studio is searching for a freelance architectural designer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize design as instructed by the architect
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs including 3d models.
- Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications
- Working remotely, collaborating to ensure consistency in quality and file structure.
- Takes part and attends internal creative and technical reviews if needed (remotely via zoom).

SKILLS
- 3D software list: SketchUp ; Enscape: Lumion Pro ; Revit Architecture BIM 360 218, Sketchup Pro 2018, AutoCAD 2018, AutoCAD Architecture 2014
- Attention to detail
- Esglish spoken is a must, spanish spoken is plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural terminology and effective production across all necessary disciplines including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production.
- A good project management and organizational skills including time management and good planning.
- Able to work remotely with your own equipement.
