**About the Company**
Our client was establish in 2009 by starting a furniture manufacture that specialize in customize design furniture, which gradually develop into a renovation company since 1994.
As market mature and seasoned, demand for design services is inevitable profound, our client well known as the market leader in Cambodia in furniture manufacturing, renovation, and architecture interior design consultant.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating with external part, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, and also controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence things
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Doing the other miscellaneous tasks, including conducting research
**Requirements**:
- Open for Indonesian only
- Bachelor degree
- Willing to work at Phnom Penh, Cambodia
- Trustable person, since the role would be part of managing confidential information
- Able to write and speak english fluently
- Having organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experienced on communicating with internal and external parties
- Having ability to learn company-specific software if required.
(Most likely designing software like Photoshop or Adobe Premiere)
