Archive Specialist

Receive and create effective archive system
- Provide data / documents file to based on request and concerning about confidentiality documents with outgoing archive approval form
- Perfom filling of active archives, arrangement and storage of inactive archive
- Min 3 years working experience in related role
- Min D3 Archives / Libraries / Secretarial from reputable university
- Fluent in English, have mandarin skill will be advantageous
- Understanding of the basic principles of archives classification
- Well organized and Detail minded
