** Your Role**: Your primary objective will be to oversee all operational activities across specified warehousing sites in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. You will do this by working with variety of internal + external stakeholders.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- To ensure your site management teams deliver against their customer, site + people key performance indicators (KPI).
- To act as the Site Manager for locations within your scope as + when required.
- To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, operational excellence, + customer retention in collaboration with your center of excellence peers + teams.
- To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring all sites meet or exceed their productivity targets. To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing large-scale operations with high throughput.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate, coach, and develop staff members, as well as resolve conflicts and make decisions
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, & familiar with relevant software and technology used in logistics and supply chain management
- Ability to assess a situation and take action independently
