**Qualification**:- Pria / Wanita- Maximum age of 35 years- Education Min S1 All majors- Minimum 8 years of experience as Area Manager in F&B (required)- Must have leadership, good communication, strong problem management and good analysis- Able to work under pressure- Mastering Ms. Office very well- Able to do Problem Solving- Able to analyze market share in the F&B**Fields Job Description**:- Responsible for All Area Stores Monitoring and Controlling the store- Managing targets given by the company to be achieved ( Breakdown of targets and analysis of targets and action plans on the results of the review)- Managing the finances of each Outlet and ensuring P&L meets the company's target proportion Make a Strategy for Better Sales Growth every Year by conducting an analysis of last year- Has the ability to search for locations (Busdev) Cut unnecessary and unprofitable operational costs Make visits to each store to deal with all problems in the field and can provide solutions to existing problems- Report to the Leader (Owner)
