Area Manager (Beauty Clinic)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Achieve sales targets across all clinics

Ensure all clinics operate in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Monitor and supervise clinic managers to ensure they are meeting their targets

Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Train and develop clinic staff to improve performance and customer service

Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinic staff

Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of all clinics
Bachelor's degree in management, business, supply chain, administration, marketing, or a related field

At least 4 years of experience in the beauty clinic industry or healthcare, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the beauty clinic industry

Ability to travel to different locations as needed
