Area Manager (Education Organization)

Will be based in Surabaya- Coverage area: Bali and East Java- New position- Reporting to Office Manager and dotted line to Head of Sales & Operations- Subordinate: 6 Office Managers- Min 3-5 years of experience in Area Manager role, handling multiple areas- Industry preference: Education, Insurance, Service- Mandatory: - In depth understanding in student placement as well as strong market knowledge for coverage area for Bali and Surabaya in particular, strong business acumen, knowledge in Finance & budgeting, expansion plan, good communication skill, customer-oriented, understanding on CRM System, good stakeholder management.- Character required: Proactive, business oriented, driven, calm, ability to work under pressure,**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month
