Area Manager (Educational Organization)

**Job Description**:

- Will be based in Surabaya
- Coverage area: Bali and East Java
- New position
- Reporting to Office Manager and dotted line to Head of Sales & Operations
- Subordinate: 6 Office Managers
- Min 3-5 years of experience in Area Manager role, handling multiple areas
- Industry preference: Education, Insurance, Service
- Mandatory: - In depth understanding in student placement as well as strong market knowledge for coverage area for Bali and Surabaya in particular, strong business acumen, knowledge in Finance & budgeting, expansion plan, good communication skill, customer-oriented, understanding on CRM System, good stakeholder management.
