Area Manager - F&B

Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets and ceo's KPIs
- Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising
- Prepare competition analysis to identify best locations to place company brands
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
- To undertake all training mandatory and necessary training align with brand and business need.
- Manage daily operations of counters and channels
- To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies.
- To develop retail operation policy & SOP in driving the excellent operation.
- At least Bachelor's degree
- Have an experience in F&B Industry at least 7 year is a must.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
- Possess organizational skill and able to coordinate sales operations across a retail chain.
- Good understanding in retail management
- Excellent oral and written communications in the English language
