**WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?**
Leading all aspects of field sales operations, local / national distributor partners and the overall field marketing execution through the implementation of marketing & sales strategy to achieve Sales KPI, maintain healthy & profitable business for JTI and distributor partners as well as ensuring trade & field marketing objectives within assigned Area are achieved.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- **Direct Sales Operation**:
- Handle the implementation direct sales strategy to ensure sales KPI within assigned Area are achieved.
- Handle the execution of sales operational excellence, supervise & control the implementation to ensure compliance to sales business process.
- Implement channel interaction & coverage management strategy within assigned Area to establish linkage between channels.
- **Distributor Management**:
- Implement distributor management strategy to influence and develop local / national distributor partners, ensuring sales & commercial objectives are achieved.
- Supervise distributor partners business performance, identify room for improvement and provide suggestions to provide continuous improvement.
- Assess potential distributor partners for JTI Indonesia based on coverage & portfolio strategy, propose recruitment of potential partners and/or closure when applicable.
- **People Management**:
- Sets, supervise & review individual & team development plans.
- Provide people development interventions (e.g., coaching, mentoring, counseling) to establish team capability & motivation.
- Ensure team members' compliance to company's regulations and agreed business process.
- **Commercial & Financial Management**:
- Ensure financial business process for both JTI and distributor partners are conducted properly by collaborating with finance operations team.
- Lead P&L from sales operation side to ensure financially balanced business operation for both JTI and distributor partners
- **Field Marketing**:
- Establish an effective and efficient marketing demand creation programs plan (Opplan) in area level in alignment with Marketing HO Team to achieve commercial and portfolio objectives.
- Ensure implementation of trade & field marketing initiatives are performed accordingly to guidance for respective areas to achieve commercial and portfolio objectives.
- Conduct regular evaluation of customer program implementation results in respective areas to provide input and continuous improvement.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any Major.
- Minimum 5-7 years proven experience in sales, channel management, distribution and/or field trade marketing, of which 5-7 years in a managerial capacity, preferably with multinational Cigarette and FMCG Company.
- Proven track record in handling end to end sales business process including distribution strategy, trade & field marketing, financial & commercial aspects as well as inventory and logistic matters.
- Experienced in leading sales team in both direct and indirect sales business model.
- Native Bahasa speaker, fluency in English would be an added advantage.
