**Position Title**: Area Manager - Retail Optics

**Reports To**: Retail Manager

**Responsibilities**:
The Area Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of multiple retail optical store areas within a designated region. This role involves driving sales growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all stores. The Regional Manager will mentor Store Managers and their teams to meet and exceed business objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Retail Optic Industry (with at least 3 years as Area Manager)
- Strong leadership, Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
