Area Market Development (Crop) - West Java

**Description**:
The Market Development Lead (MD) is accountable and responsible for proposing, managing, and executing the plans to support business objectives specific to the assigned farmer base within the assigned district.

He/she is responsible for managing a team of Market Development Officer (MDOs) who is expected to be the executor of the demand generation plans relating to commercial programs and policies set by DG Transformational Lead & Marketing as aligned with the country's business goal.

**Qualifications**:

- Sound knowledge of the local agriculture industry
- Strong networking & communication skills
- Ready for frequent travel
- Flexible and willing to relocate, as needed
