Area Sales Manager - Area Northern Sumatra

Responsible to create sales plan and strategy to achieve performance andgrowth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in the respective area
- Manage, Monitor, and evaluate distributor performance in end-to-end sales operation process (Stock, Service Level, coverage of AR/AP, Reporting) including maintaining the relationship with distributor stakeholders.
- Leadership management in delivering a profitable and efficient sales force, developing capabilities & setting KPI Goal (Sales Target, Distributor target, visibility)
- Ensure trade spending/sales expenses are well managed according to company guideline territory management to boost the growth of the respective area, competitor analysis and route to market execution.
- Formulating recommendations that will strengthen the sales marketing
- Pursue sales prospects coming from a variety of sources (marketing and business development activities) by offering and facilitating sales presentations and evaluations
- Meet with Sales Team Head to establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit
- Conducts major sales promotions and advertising as needed
- Communicates regularly with director and corporate management
- Manage sales and drive full utilization of all sales team members
- Prepare an overall plan for each member of the team including activity
- Minimums for visits, canvasing, and prospects
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 6 years total working experience in sales management and 3 years as area sales manager.
- Having a good distributor network with a good relationship with the distributor decision maker.
- Proven Record in working as professional sales with well-rounded exposure in modern trade and general trade channels.
- Strong knowledge in the respective area.
- Good Knowledge of territory management, account management, distributor management and trade marketing.
