Area Sales Manager

**Requirement**
- Maximum 40 years old
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (**proven experience in Sales Distribution - FMCG**)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills to interact succesfully within your network
- Enterpreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
- Analyzing and identify market opportunities and creating strategies for business development
- Strong business acumen, experience in managing screening potential business deals, sourcing partners (distributor/outlet), building relationship, and overseeing all aspects of collaboration, requirements, and contract negotiation
