Area Sales Manager

Job Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand
market share within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying
leads, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional
customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify
opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Supervising and manage teams (Supervisor Team Sales and Field Sales).
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry,
Engineering, or related disciplines.
Proficient in English, both verbally and in written communication.
Presents a professional appearance and demeanor.
Substantial experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, demonstrating deep knowledge and understanding of the sector's dynamics, regulations, and practices.
Proven track record of success in previous roles, with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within teams.
