About the Role : You will play a pivotal role in to support Sales team in Area Kalimantan, ensuring the smooth operation of the merchant department, and enhancing merchant satisfaction & sales. This individual is responsible for coordinating merchant sales activities, addressing merchant inquiries, maintaining merchant sales records, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales effectiveness and organizational success.
\n What you will do: Develop and implement procedures for effective sales support administration;Monitor and analyze sales support team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency;Ensure all sales inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and accurately, with a focus on improving merchant satisfaction & topline sales metrics;Coordinate with the merchant sales team to streamline sales processes and remove obstacles in the sales cycle;Execute GoFood onboarding timely & ensure that there is no backlog: Priority 2 (P2) claim to P1, Virgin corporate onboarding from webform, Re-submit documents to KYC right away whenever there is an entryAble to understand KYC follow up reasons based on FAQ and able to know when to escalateCollaborate with other departments to ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned and support the overall goals of the organization;Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies and practices that drive sales effectiveness. What you will need:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, sales-marketing administration related or a supervisory role within a sales-focused organization;Strong customer/merchant partner focus and project management skills preferred;Has data reporting skills, preferred both Bahasa Indonesia and English;Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities by utilizing e.g. Google Sheet, etc;Detail and deadline oriented;Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration;Able to adapt in a fast-changed environment.
\nAbout the team: This position will be based in Balikpapan and work closely with the Sales team who manage Kalimantan. But no limit interaction with other streams team such as Operations and Consumer Engagement and in wider with Region Emerging Market team.
