Area Senior Manager (Solo)

\n What you will do:Accountable for topline (ie : transaction, revenue) and bottomline metrics (ie ; cost, profit) of AreaFully accountable to build, maintain and continuously improve business operations of Area to ensure efficient operation on day-to-day basis, and achieve the targetAccountable for demand (partner acquisition) and supply of the Area (ie : retention & activities)Design and implement localized marketing campaign Work closely with stakeholders & leadership in Region Level to develop and execute market strategiesTakes full ownership of the city's budget and target What you will need:What you will need - maximum 8 bullet pointsMinimum 7 years experience with extensive exposure to Area operations with exposure to BTL MarketingHas existing relationships or  is able to bridge , develop and maintain good relationships with key partners, local/regional government stakeholder. 3rd party partners, merchant associations, communities (ie: Driver community)Strong in planning, leadership, managerial skill , result driven,  target oriented with proven track recordsVery fluent in number, excellent in analyzing data and using analytics to make decisionProficient in English & Bahasa, strong communication & interpersonal skillAble to recruit to-notch talent team, nurture & mentor themHaving flexibility, willingness to travel & relocated to overall region
