**Location**:- Jakarta- Jakarta**Work Type**:- Full Time- A deep understand of design principles- Keep up with the latest trends in advertising and lifestyle- used to working under pressure**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design- Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy- Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies- Conceptualise designs that align with the company's corporate identity- Design and create visuals for all marketing collaterals in the attractive ways (such as instagram, website, promotions, etc)- Create informative and persuasive designs to support the marketing department- Develop creative ideas and coming up with new design innovations- Accomplishes art department work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employee- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications- 1 - 2 years' of digital and print design or advertising experience- Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)- Breadth of style and design capability- Solid experience in Adobe Programmes (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere)**Reference Number**:- 583189**Contact Details**:- Yasmin Hanan**Profession**:- Design > Senior Designer**Company**:- Flux Asia Solusindo, PT (Flux Creative Universe)
