Rubicube Creative is one of Xperteam Consultant Client is currently in need of a Art Director for placement in North Jakarta.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 5 years in a creative role with at least 2 years in an art direction capacity, **preferably in a branding or advertising agency.**:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.- Exceptional design and conceptual skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; strong ability to lead and direct creative work.- Experience in managing and inspiring a creative team, guiding projects from concept through completion while ensuring high standards of visual communication.- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively meet deadlines.- A strong creative vision aligned with Rubicube Creative's innovative approach; passionate about trends in design and branding, with a commitment to maintaining the agency's creative standards.**Responsibilities**:- Serve as the right hand to the Creative Director, assisting in the development and execution of creative strategies that align with the brand's objectives and vision.- Lead and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and excellence in execution.- Direct the artistic and visual aspects of projects, providing guidance and feedback to team members to ensure the highest quality of visual communication.- Take ownership of projects from concept through completion, overseeing all stages of production and ensuring deadlines are met.- Stay abreast of design trends and industry developments, infusing innovative ideas into our creative work while maintaining the agency's creative standards.- Cultivate a culture of openness, respect, and collaboration within the team, encouraging individual growth and development.- Demonstrate independence, initiative, and problem-solving skills in addressing challenges and finding creative solutions.Application Question(s):- What's your expected monthly basic salary?- Do you have experience working in a branding agency or advertising agency?**Experience**:- Art Director: 2 years (required)**Location**:- Jakarta (preferred)
