- Able to build creative and unique ideas
- Visual storyteller for brands
- Able to give a clear direction and or jump in and solve it yourself
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in leadership
- Great at working cross-functionally with other departments
- Be able to work in tight deadlines
