**ASEA Brand & Innovation Head**

- Are you a strategic Marketing leader with a true passion for Innovation? The _**_ASEA Brand & Innovation Head _**_will be joining the regional Leadership team, where you will own all local portfolio growth and brand equity performance by driving excellence in end-to-end, consumer-centric strategies. You will be responsible for mentoring 7 x high-performing Direct Reports across the region, and the opportunity to foster impactful change within the business._

**Main responsibilities**:

- _ Raise the bar on creativity and brand development for the local portfolio within the ASEA market: Brands include Lactacyd, Cenovis, Corbiere, Phosphalugel _
- _Win in the market through: Growth via a digital and data-first approach to brand building across the marketing mix, and consumer obsessed insights that leads all innovation, activation and execution strategies_
- _ Lead and mentor a strong performance culture within the Brand & innovation team and drive transformative change geographically to achieve business, channel and category objectives_
- _ P&L responsibility, reporting on growth forecasts and delivering into actionable and measurable financials _
- _Build trust and working relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external agencies at local, regional and global level_

**About you**

**Experience**:

- _ Global or regional Brand Marketing leader with an excellent track record in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industries_
- _ International experience, working outside of own cultural environment, across multiple countries and geographies_
- _ Proven experience driving organisational transformations and Innovation-led strategies_

**Soft and technical skills**:

- _ Leadership skills that inspire high performance_
- _ Natural influencer, with great communication and relationship building skills_

**Education**:

- _ Business or Marketing Degree, an MBA is a plus_

**Language**:

- _Fluent in Verbal and Written English_
