**In this role, you will be responsible for**:- Preparing financial statements- BAS (Taxation)- General administrative duties- Filing documents and organizing office processe- Liaise with external accountants and advisors as necessary- Handling claims- Coordination with business partners and vendors- Correspondence: prepare letters, presentations and other documents as requested by superiors- Schedule management- Manage office supplies orders- Manage budget for office needs**Requirements**:- Understand accounting and business financial administration- Attention to detail, organization and commitment to deadlines & highly organized- Strong problem solving skills- Reliable and punctual- Strong oral and written English communication skills- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Business Administration, Engineering, Management Administration**Job Types**: Contract, Trial period contractAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (required)**Language**:- Fluency English (required)
