Record pharmaceutical and health supply needs
- Receive pharmaceutical and health supplies
- Handle administrative documentation for pharmaceutical and health supplies
- Calculate costs for medications and health supplies
- Implement procedures for receiving and verifying prescriptions at the pharmacy
- Accurately label and attach labels to pharmaceutical packaging
- Provide services for over-the-counter medications, limited free medications, and health supplies
- Communicate effectively with patients and other units
- Propose pharmaceutical and health supply needs for consignment drug procurement planning
- Follow procedures for dispensing medications to patients
- Implement self-medication service procedures according to protocols
- Record and document pharmaceutical and health supply procurement planning procedures
- Minimum education: Diploma in Pharmacy (D3 Farmasi)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Fresh graduates are welcome
- High integrity and dedication
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Expertise in HTKP (specific technical skills in the pharmacy field)
- Valid STRTTK (Registration Certificate for Technical Pharmacy Personnel)
- Competency Certificate
- Willingness to manage SIPTTK (Pharmacy Technical Personnel Practice License)
- Placement in Surabaya area
