Assembly Coordinator (6-Monts Contract)

**Things you will do**
- Represent Bobobox in a professional manner at all times
- Ensure the Site's Requirements are complete before the construction of each Project
- Create Request Order for Assembly Requirement
- Liaise with Assembly Vendor to ensure the project timeline is executed as planned
- Liaise with Manufacturing & Supply Chain Division to ensure Pods Manufacturing and Distribution fulfill Site's Requirements
- Liaise with the Electronic Pods Coordinator for the Electronic Pods requirement of each Project
- Liaise with Inventory planning to provide the accessories for the pods aligned with the construction time
- Ensure communication with the project superintendents to understand project priority and flow
- Monitor construction activities and recommend or take corrective action to ensure that quality standards are met in line with quality assurance programs
- Liaise with the assembly electronic coordinator to conduct assembly trials to ensure the new vendor comprehends the assembly process and field reports
- Complete field reports

**You'll fit in this job if you**
- A diploma degree in Product design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred
- Having working experience in design interior is preferred
- Ability to receive direction and effectively implement it in the field
- Independently, self-starting, and driven
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of the design-build process
- Strong attention to detail with superior analytical aptitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work in Bandung, with frequent travel
