Assessment Development Specialist

Create standards and assure the quality of assessment developed within Rakamin

Develop, maintain, and evaluate digital and nondigital competency dictionaries

Manage, execute, and evaluate test & assessment practices within Rakamin

Prepare documentation for the newly developed psychometric test in user-appropriate formats

Giving advise & recommendation regarding assessment practices within Rakamin

Getting involved in digital assessment platform
Bachelor of Psychology or Education is a must.

Highly interested in Psychometrics and measurement

Knowledge of applicable data cleaning and manipulation techniques.

Familiar with statistics software like SPSS, Mplus, or LISREL

Familiar with Bloom's Taxonomy and tech industry would be advantageous

Strong analytical, interpersonal and time management skills

Able to work within virtual team
