Assessment Specialist

Organize and conduct assessment center process for all Business Units of the company.

Develop and construct assessment center exercises to match the assessment purposes.

Provide individual assessment reports and collaborate with users to prepare Individual Development Plan.

Monitor the implementation of Individual Development Plan in order to meet the development needs of employees.

Coordinate with Talent Management & Learning Center to follow up development programs based on the IDP.

Ensure all assessment data are well documented and reported to Superior on a regular basis.
Education min. S1 Psychology/Management/Industrial Engineering, or S2 Professional Psychology

Certified as Assessment Center Assessor or Psychologist (please attach your Assessor Certificate or SIPP when applying)

Work experience min. 3 years as Assessor for Managerial positions

Comprehend end-to-end assessment center flow

Mastering the use of assessment center simulation exercises or psychological test tools.

Able to record, classify, and evaluate behavioral/psychological evidences from a wide range of assessment tools

Able to operate Ms. Office (especially Word, Excel and Power Point).
